Icy Hot Patch XL Back provides temporary relief from minor pain associated with arthritis, simple backache, bursitis, tendonitis, muscle strains, bruises, muscle sprains, and cramps. The patch measures 5-1/2 x 9-3/4" and comes in a pack of 6 pieces.

Directions for use: Adults and children over 12 years old should remove the backing from the patch by grasping both ends firmly and gently pulling until the backing separates. Carefully remove a smaller portion of the backing and apply the exposed portion of the patch to the affected area. Once positioned correctly, remove the remaining backing to completely apply the patch. Use one patch on the affected area and wear for up to 8 hours. Repeat as needed, but no more than 4 times daily. For children under 12 years old, consult a doctor before use.

WARNINGS: This product is for external use only. Follow directions carefully and do not bandage tightly or use with a heating pad. Avoid contact with eyes, mucous membranes, wounds, or damaged skin. Stop using the patch and consult a doctor if redness, irritation, or worsening condition occurs. Pregnant or breastfeeding women should seek medical advice before using the patch.
