To use the Icy Hot Back Patch, first remove the backing by firmly grasping both ends and gently pulling until it separates in the middle. Apply the exposed portion of the patch to the affected area and wear it for up to 8 hours. Repeat if necessary, but do not exceed 3 times daily.
